Stop being the bottleneck
Every leader hits the same wall: too many priorities, not enough bandwidth. Wing clears that wall with a full-time virtual assistant who runs the drag layer so you lead, not chase.

Hey {{first_name|bro}},
Don’t you know how it’s super bad to judge others?
Like how you’ve been told all your life it’s not something you should do because it’s really bad?
Well, they’re kinda right, but also wrong.
Here’s why:
Most of the time, one of the reasons you shouldn’t judge others is because you’ll end up judging yourself.
Like for example…
You’re walking by someone and you think “Man, he’s pretty ugly.”
At first you might think that’s a bit mean but you'll probably think it’s not that important and just go on with your day.
But later on you’ll start thinking “Is she judging me for being ugly? What about him, is he judging me? That guy might be judging me!”
Now, this might not be conscious so you might not relize you’re thinking that.
But it does have a negative effect.
UNLESSS… you’re judging people for not working hard enough.
Because if you do that, you’ll end up judging yourself for not working hard enough. And get this…
Then you’ll do more work!!!!
So notice when people are not doing enough work and then go and do some yourself.
Peace.
