Look im sure you’ve all seen those morning routine videos where they guy wakes up a 3 am and he takes a shower and etc. etc.

Well the reason that started wasn’t because someone though it was a good routine.

They did it because it sucks.

Waking up earth is shit.

Taking cold showers is shit.

Etc.

Now you’re probably wondering…

“But why would you want to do something that’s shit?”

That’s what im explaining today because I’ve known about this way to long but haven’t written an email about it.

Which is ironic because without knowing this you’ll probably end up quitting & never making money.

Anyways here it goes:

Discipline is not something you’re born with. As in, you dont just get a set amount of discipline and then “oh well that’s what I’ve got”...

No.

You have to train it like a muscle to get more discipline.

Hence, doing shit you dont like.

When you do stuff you hate, while you’re telling yourself “i dont wanna do this” or trying to leave, you’re strengthening that discipline muscle.

But remember it goes the other way too.

So go on, do something you hate.
