(and the secret method that will keep you consistent year round)

You’ve tried.

And you’ve tried.

And no matter how many times or how hard you try or how motivated you are…

Anytime you try to stay consistent with something, for some reason, your brain forces you not to do that thing (or skip the thing) and you fail.

I get it.

I used to be like that too, until I found out about a method that lets anyone, even a smoker who’s been smoking for 15 years, quit almost immediately.

Here’s what I’ve found:

As long as you manage to stay consistent for 30 days, you’ve built a habit and from then on it's easy peasy.

And you just need three things to last 30 days:

#1 Streak counter

I get it, this one sounds stupid. But a streak counter has helped me post on three platforms (including this one) for more than a year.

#2 todo list with when you’re going to do it

Lets say you want to write an email everyday (you should)... then what you can do is write down on a piece of paper when you’re going to do that thing.

It’s alot easier than trying to remember it and then you end up not doing it etc etc.

#3

And yeah that’s literally it.

That’s all you’ve got to do to stay consistent (especially #3)

You’re welcome

Peace
