this is a really important point.
If you treat everything as urgent and “needs to be done now” you’re not going to get anything done.
What… are you going to do a million things at once?
No, you’ve got to have priorities.
You’ve got to choose the task that’s most urgent first and then the others.
Thing is, most people think they’re doing the most urgent thing when really they’re wasting time on shit they shouldn’t even do.
Exhibit A:
“I really need to change the font on my website or I’ll NEVER sign a client!!”
hm… really?
You need to switch to a non-needed font…. for a non-needed website… in a non-needed niche etc etc.
You don’t need to change fonts you need to… ___
What is it?
its..
.
.
.
.
OUTREACH!!!
think about it this way.
Does it get you customers?
Does it help getting customers?
Does it help keep customers?
Does it keep your business afloat.
if you answered no to all of those… why is it top of your list.
You’re welcome
