Recently I’ve had trouble getting out of bed.
Usually I just stay up as late as I slept in so it evens out but then it turns into me being nocturnal and I'm not so sure I like that.
But here’s the thing:
The way you stop “having trouble” whether it’s in bed (or IN bed 😉) or whatever else is just by doing it.
If your alarm goes offBOOM! I DIDN’T EVEN WAIT FOR THE SPACE! JUST GET UP BEFORE YOUR BRAIN CAN THINK.
That’s how you should do everything
Need to get some work done?
BOOM! GO DO IT NOW (SERIOUSLY)
Need to write an email
BOOM!
You should be like a cheetah and when anything you need to do appears that’s your prey
So go pounce on it now
