it’s day one

you found something new

you’re about to start it

You’re super excited… annddd you hit the ground running

boom, you’ve done that… pow you’ve done that

before you know it it’s time for sleep again.

Day two, you’re less enthusiastic, but that spark is still lit inside you. Boom you knock out another and practically fall asleep at your desk

day three.

You wake up. grogy.

The new thing? you’re already over it.

But you try anyways and you make it through a bit and yo abou t ebo r bori boring boring boring boring boring.

This is basically what happens whenever you try something new

and if you remember two days ago i told YOU and all my other subs to try something new. If you dont remember go look at my email “how to quit PORN (and all bad things)”

You’re probably struggling to read this

ready to give up

BUT, i am here, to give you the advice you need to keep going

how do you get over the rough patch?

you cope, you fight, and you conserve energy.

here’s the deal, there’s no magical pill thats going to get you past this thing, but there are some things that can help.

#1 cope

listen to music, chew some gum, try standing up, try sitting on the floor

TRY ANYTHING to keep going

#2 fight

you have to battle your minds thoughts. The instant you start getting thoughts like “oh i should just go play video games this is stupid” you’ve already lost.

Whever one thought that says something like that comes up, fight back

Say “NO, we wont be playing video games this is really important, shup up.”

i know, it sounds stupid but you have to do it

#3 conserve energy

once you get past day 3, things get WAYYY easier.

So dont go as hard, dont try to do everything, go to sleep early.

make just sitting at your computer as easy as possible because on day 4 you’ll be ready to go.

and that’s it

stay locked in
