You are a loser.
That’s what I’d say to your face if i met you in person.
Why?
Because you’re losing hours of your day for no reason at all. You spend hours typing when you could be talking.

I've noticed that a lot of copywriters, myself included, are fat lardasses.
We say, “Oh, I'm just getting work done,” or, “I don't have time to exercise.”
But really, that's just cope.
Most copywriters are just disgusting fat pigs.
And I know that's hard to hear if you're fat, but I think it's a wake-up call.
I think the type of people in this newsletter are high IQ.
I can tell they know what they're doing.
They're in the right space.
They're in the right niche.
But I can also tell that they work hard.
And when you work hard, you might get a little bit fat.
Hey, this happened to me as well.
Recently, what I've been doing is trying this new diet.
It's this new diet I call not eating like a fucking pig.
And what I do is I just don't eat a lot.
I just don't eat.
And it's actually been working really well.
I've lost like 20 pounds.
And all you have to do is just not eat.
Here's the thing.
I used to think being fat didn't really matter.
I didn't really care about how I looked.
I shaved my head bald.
I grew out my belly.
I just didn't care.
I wasn't even around people.
I was in my room all day.
What's the harm?
I didn't even shave my beard.
It got pretty bad.
And that's actually the wrong thing to do.
I know it sounds like, “Well, what's the problem with looking a little bit bad? Nothing's gonna happen.”
Here's the thing.
When you go on sales calls, even if you shave your beard, do up your hair, and look all nice, they will notice if you're fat.
And not only will they notice if you're fat, they'll notice if you're chubby.
They'll notice if you have a double chin.
They'll notice if you've got a little bit of puff in your cheeks.
But they'll also notice if you're skinny or if you're lean.
They'll notice that.
They'll notice if you look good, and they'll notice if you look ugly.
They'll notice what type of clothes you wear.
And the reason why people do this is because we've just evolved that way.
It's immensely helpful.
Their brain literally cannot help putting you into categories of fat, ugly, skinny, or lean.
And whether consciously or unconsciously, their brains will recognize, “Well, if this person is fat, then he doesn't have very much discipline.”
Is that the case?
Not necessarily.
But have you seen that thing where there's an ugly guy and a handsome guy, and almost everyone chooses the handsome guy as the most trustworthy one?
And the handsome guy is actually a serial killer or something.
So people will notice if you're ugly, and people will notice if you're not.
So don't be ugly.
Don't be fat.
Become lean.
It's as simple as that.
not very hard.
Just stop eating.
So that's my challenge to you for the summer.
