You need to just not give a shit.

Who cares.

Nobody asked.

Is it happening to you?
Anyone you care about?
Can you fix it by watching videos on it?
If you answered no to all of those, why the fuck do you care about it?
I know this is a bit woo woo but negative stuff will actually cook your productivity and ruin your work ethic.
If you’ve recently been unproductive, look at what you’ve been watching.
If it’s anything to do with pizza and grape soda you should probably get off that and start doing some actual work.
