ANYWAYS, to the topic of this email…
How to get into flow state in right now and later:
Maybe you’ve got work do…
Maybe you’ve got a deadline…
Maybe you really want to eat a steak dinner, but your house just burned down, and now you’ve got to make $400 as quick as possible to pay for the costs.

STEP NUMRO UNO:
Right, the reason why I said now and later is because this method requires you to wake up.
I mean it’s not essential, but it works best like this.
(if you don’t have time just go to step 2)
You go to bed, and in the morning… you wake up and work.
NOTHING inbetween.
Not even bathroom breaks.
Just wake up, open laptop, write on a google doc.
After like 15 min, you will actually wake up and you’ll already be in flow. It’s great you’ve got to try it some time.
STEP DOS: (OPTIONAL BUT HELPFUL)
I’m actually using this step rn.
What you basically do is get a song with no lyrics, and you just repeat it over and over. After a while you’ll lose track of time because IDK bro I’m not a scientist.
I’ll give you an example: I think I started around 9??? I want to say.
And… right now it is 9:40 pm (guess) BRO, it’s 10:20 pm
See? This stuff actually works.
Here are three that I think are pretty good:
Option #1:
Corny? maybe. Get’s the job done? yes—I’m listening to it rn
Option #2:
Listened to it yesterday.
Option #3:
Yeah, yeah corny again… but it works. sometimes
Option #4:
Not my favorite, but it works for some people.
And that’s it—everything you need to get into the flow state in 30 mintues or less.
