Quick one:
I saw this quote where it was like:
“a task will expand to the time you give yourself to do it.”
So if you give yourself 5 min to do the dishes, then you’ll be in there, srubing plubing about super quick.
But if you give yourself a hour…
You’ll be a bit tired.. you’ll go a bit more slowly… “ah, can’t find the soap where is it”… um I think that needs a second wash… etc. etc.
that’s why I’ve only given myself 10 mins so far to do this email.
And I think you should do shit like this too.
Mainly for outreach because I see alot of guys spending something like 10 hours everyday doing outreach… but they only sent 6 messages.
honestly, if I were you, I’d get some sorta tool that can help out with your productivity and set a goal of 4-5 hours a day of outreach.
That’ll do you good if you’re using a tool to help you maximize those hours.
Good luck bro you got this.

Remember when software made business simpler?
Today, the average company runs 100+ apps—each with its own logins, data, and headaches. HR can’t find employee info. IT fights security blind spots. Finance reconciles numbers instead of planning growth.
Our State of Software Sprawl report reveals the true cost of “Software as a Disservice” (SaaD)—and how much time, money, and sanity it’s draining from your teams.
The future of work is unified. Don’t get SaaD. Get Rippling.
