You know one thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of billionaires, millionaires, and even people just making 10-20k/mo…

Love what they do.

Now hey, don’t get the wrong idea.

This is not going to be another do what you love and never work a day in your life speech.

This is something different.

Like for example, I was reading Trump’s “art of the deal” recently and he said something like:

“I DON'T do it for the money. I've got enough, much more than I'll ever need. I do it to do it. Deals are my art form. Other people paint beautifully on canvas or write wonderful poetry. I like making deals, preferably big deals. That's how I get my kicks

Now let’s say he took the advice of a “do what you love” guy.

Well let’s say he didn’t know he liked making deals…

After all, he’d never made a proper one in his life (in this hypothetical).

Ok, so now he’s got the choice between construction and real estate or art.

Now I’m pretty sure Trump likes real estate and construction anyways but let’s just say he doesn’t.

Well then he’d choose art.

And he’d never know he’s not working his dream job (closing deals).

My point is, you’ve gotta love what you do, but not every bit of it.

Maybe you hate writing but love making jokes… well you’re gonna make a lot more writing to a list with jokes than you are starting a podcast or some bs.

Maybe you love talking to new people, well you’re going to make a lot more outreaching than trying to go pick up girls or some shit.

See what I’m getting at?

Great, now do it.

Peace
