There was a test done with a bunch of kids which perfectly explains how to get an extra 10-30x more work done.

Essentially they had a room full of kids so a test…

But before the test, they asked everyone who their favorite superheroes were.

If someone said Batman, the instructors would tell the kid to pretend like he’s Batman and think about how Batman would approach the test.

Of course Batman would give it his best, think about it hard etc.

What the kids didn’t know is that the test was literally impossible.

So anyways almost all the kids try for 2-3 min and then give up…. But the kids who were told to act like Batman took 20.

Then they did new tests where they not only told them to act like Batman but they made em wear a Batman costume.

Again, all the kids took 2-3 min and gave up.

But get this… the Batman kids took up to an HOUR LONG.

So just because they thou about being Batman more, they tried way harder for longer.

Now, does this mean you should dress up for work in a Batman suit everyday?

No.

But you should ALWAYS think of yourself as hard working, smart etc. and always show up your best.

Because even if you don’t know it, your subconscious mind is telling you to work harder.

And that extra work… even just 20 min, could change your life.
