I’m second guessing.

J - Jam the door open
Open with something that feels real and impossible to ignore. Not “hey loved your content.” More like:
“Hey, I signed up for your email thing but never got anything.”
E - Expose the gap
Point out a real leak/problem/opportunity without sounding like a try-hard consultant.
In your example: no welcome email = obvious money/problem gap.
R - Relevant proof of attention
Show you actually looked. Not fake compliments. Something specific enough that they know you’re not blasting 1,000 people.
K - Keep it casual
No corporate foreplay. It should feel like a normal human message.
O - Offer a useful observation
Give them something valuable before asking for anything. The message itself should make them think, “Wait, this person noticed something useful.”
F - Frame the problem simply
Don’t over-explain. Make the issue instantly understandable.
