wow
i am surprised
if you dont know, the other day i wrote an email on how to quit bad habits.
And at the very end i put a little blurb saying “reply with “john i’m starting today, i’ll update you in a week””
now i knew some people where going to do it
but i actually got TONS of people replying that (good job guys i knew my subs weren’t losers)
So since all of you are trying to quit bad habits, i though, lets teach them how to do one of the best habits… working hard.
The best example of what you need to be like with your work is a national bike team.
i think it was french
anyways this bike team would always come last in or do really poorly in every competition.
i mean it was BAD
so they ended up getting a new coach.
And BOOM just like that 6 months later they were world champions.
how you might ask?
they used the same technique i used to be able to work for 18 hours a day
the same technique bodybuilders use to become super ripped
it’s called, progressive overload
little by little this shitty bike team got just a bit better.
they got better wheels… not a huge difference but a bit better
better rest time
better etc etc
and eventually they fucking SLAMMED the competition out of the park
and that’s what i want you to do.
SO i’ve put together 50 small things you can change that will make you unimagabliy good at working hard if you do all of them
now you should only do ONE a day.
or even every other day.
because it wont seem like alot in the beginning, but once you’re on day 40… you’ll be hurting
here it is, good luck:
