That’s the way your ads should be. I don’t care if it’s selling, value, or making someone aware.
Your ads need to be like this…
You’re walking along minding your own business, not bothered at all
then you hear a shotgun load behind you.
everything stops.
nothing else matters.
The only thing you can pay attention to in that very moment is the barrel pressed against your fragile little head.
And hey…
Sometimes even if your ads are literally like a shotgun pressed against people’s heads, they still won’t pay attention.
So let me load my barrel right now:
You’re going to fail copywriting in 2026.
Statistically 🤓
Because I believe that most “so-called” copywriters are full of shit and are never going to make it.
Now that might not scare you.
You might think you’re one of that 1% that’s going to make it out of 2026 alive and popping.
Fair enough… why?
Do you actually have a reason you’re going to make it out?
A reason to be hopeful?
No, you probably don’t. Other than “because I want to” you’ve got no edge.
No reason you should win.
Question is: are you going to keep living without one?
Or pay attention to the reason in front of you?
