A while back I made a post about niches.
Basically I concluded that it’s best to go into real estate, and I stand by that opinion. (I’ve even been outreaching to them)
But there’s something that I didn’t talk about.
I don’t just outreach to “real estate”… I outreach to a subniche of real estate.
Now, I’m not gonna tell you which sub-niche, but it’s one of them. Anyways, you should already have a niche that ISN’T fitness.

So it could be realtors for this example. Outreach to them instead of outreaching to everyone in the whole of real estate.
