"What Niche Do I Choose?"

I’m partly writing this for the newsletter

Partly for people who ask me this question.

So to both of you—READ THIS.

First off lemme address something…

Right now I don’t have a niche I just outreach to anyone.

(I’m also not outreaching rn)

But the niche I always recommend will make sense after this:

Why?

There’s two types of prospects (There’s more but these are the main ones):

The easy: Fitness & Make Money Online

I’m sure there’s more, but let me explain.

It’s called “the easy” because… well, it’s easy to write for.

No surprise there.

But they’re both too saturated.

Fitness is just bad, and I won’t explain why, if you outreach to fitness, you’re just dumb.

(I did this when I started out and sent about 500 wasted DMs.)

Then there’s make money online: Trading, dropshipping, and stuff along those lines.

Those “gurus” selling courses? Yeah, everyone wants to write for them.

And I gotta say, at least these guys MIGHT understand how valuable copywriting is.

I do love writing for them as well, but honestly, it’s really hard to get a client.

And look…

I’m not saying it’s impossible to get a client, with enough outreach, you could make it happen…

The question is, do you wanna spend your time writing or doing outreach?

“John, isn’t it really hard to get a client for all niches?”

not for….

The hard: TRASH CANS, lawyers, and finance companies

What I put above is definitely not all the niches inside this niche, but that’s what I came up with.

Here’s the thing with these niches, they’re easy to outreach for…

Getting a client is cake—who have you seen outreaching to trash cans?

But writing…

it’s REALLY hard.

I was writing for a company named Junior Steel Co and it was NOT easy.

So you just gotta choose your hard.

Anyways, this is getting to be really long, so ima rap it up.

The niche is…

Real Estate

Why?

It’s a mix of both.
