👉 Start your day by affirming something positive out loud.

When you wake up or before bed, say one positive affirmation out loud.

If your mind keeps telling you “ you’re not good enough” 

replace it with “I’m good enough and everyone is proud of me “ 

It might feel silly at first, or you might not believe it right away. 

Formatting is trash and this value is buns. “Just tell yourself it’s good and things will go good.”

Do some research and find value that actually solves their problems in a way they haven’t see before.

 But trust me: say it consistently, and your subconscious will start believing it.
