Context bro i don’t get what this three years ago means
He says, "No problem, when's better?" and never hears from them again.
But here's what he did instead:

"I knew you were good before I called. We only work with winners. Give me 30 seconds. If you're not interested in my offer, I'll hang up on myself."
The prospect laughed, and told him to go ahead.
Here's what happened in those 30 seconds:
"What's the one thing you think is hurting your sales team?"
"Probably follow-up."
"How many reps have you got?

“Okay so let's say each one is missing one deal a month because of bad follow-up. What's one deal worth on average?"
"Around $30K."
"Woah, that's $300K a month. OVER $3.6M a year you're leaving on the table because of follow-up."
“Okay…you got my attention"

Now here's what most agents miss: "I don't have time" isn't REALLY about time.
That same executive who "didn't have time" at 9 AM? Hit the gym for an hour at 2 PM. Scrolled Instagram for 20 minutes before bed.

People make time for what they value.
They don't have time for strangers trying to sell them something they don't understand yet.
The fix?
Ask for just 30 seconds and make it worth more than their next meeting.
