Take me for example: I used to be LAZY… playing video games 24/7… eating junk food… scrolling reels… all that shit. It was really bad, but luckily I started running, and now I work 14 hour days.

Even just a few weeks ago I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to do anything but I started running and everything changed.

I really want to hammer this down {{first_name}}, just put on your shoes… get outside… and run. When do you want to stop? When you hear that inner bitch telling you it’s too much?

When every little bit of your body SCREAMS STOP?

Keep going.

Every time you think of stopping, add an extra mile and then again and again.

Now, I know most of you guys are lazy fucks and won’t do this because you’re making excuses as to why you can’t do that.

But I want you to know, you’re a bitch. You WON’T make it.
