Marketing ideas for marketers who hate boring
The best marketing ideas come from marketers who live it.
That’s what this newsletter delivers.

Every newsletter is written by Daniel Murray, a marketer obsessed with what goes into great marketing. Expect fresh takes, hot topics, and the kind of stuff you’ll want to steal for your next campaign.
Because marketing shouldn’t feel like guesswork. And you shouldn’t have to dig for the good stuff.
Hey {{first_name|bro}},
I got a questionable question from a subscriber today…
—-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
WTF is the best.
Can we use this for our client S.L.?
Like if we are sending outreach in the morning,
What's for breakfast, John?
Are u coming from the shower, John?
Are u shirtless right now, John?
Anything I can relate to and disrupt, then pitch.
Just a thought.

idk why it’s so big
—----------------------------------------------------------------------
Short answer: yes, you can within reason.
Long but weirdly sexual answer?...
It depends.
WTF is most definitely the best type of SL in a lot of cases and they also merge well with “why” subject lines.
To be honest, I never even thought of this idea.
And I think that you should actually start using this in your outreach with a twist.
If you’re sending one by one, there’s a little trick that I’ll share with you for free to not only make a killer WTF headline but also personalize the SL.
Use chatgpt to get the data from the website.
IDK how detailed you guys are with your outreach, you know, some people might be typing up huge ahh paragraphs after a bunch of research…
And in that case you don’t need to go on chatgpt because you’ve already looked at their website.
But if you’re using Kav’s method and you just want to do some chill outreach without too much work (and without using “their name | your name”)..
Then what you can do is give chatgpt the email of ur prospect, and then it will take the website off the domain and if you ask it to create an SL with the personalized info from the website, it will.
But…. it’ll probably be sh_t.
So what do you have to do? Well, your job.
You can take the SL from chatgpt and make it into a WTF headline.
That’s definitely a disrupt.
As for the sell?
Well, that’s also your job. But lucky for you, I’ve got someone who’s a master at that.
I’m out biyach
