Have you ever seen those apple vs mac ads?
Take a look at this one..
You see how one guy is a dork and the other “cool” (at least in 2009)?
Well that’s actually genius marketing and it’s used by cults as well. Basically, cults (and Apple in this ad) frame their “group” as the “cool” ones, think…
“If you’re in here, you’re the best.”
Then they frame everyone else as the “dorks” or in the case of cults, probably evil demons or something.
And by doing this, they create a problem, urgency, and pain out of thin air.
Here’s what I mean
1 problem - if whoever’s being marketed to doesn’t have a mac (or is in the cult) that means they’re one of the “bad guys”
2 pain - Not only can some feel subconscious from seeing the other cool group, but they also feel “suck” in the shit one
3 urgency - Before the choice was… “do I get a PC or Mac?” Now it’s… “I’m stuck in the bad group until I get a Mac” that’s subtle urgency
So, how do you create your own group for what you’re writing for?
RESEARCH!
Woza… didn’t expect that did ya?
Here’s exactly how to do research in seconds with AI:
AI that works like a teammate, not a chatbot
Most “AI tools” talk... a lot. Lindy actually does the work.
It builds AI agents that handle sales, marketing, support, and more.
Describe what you need, and Lindy builds it:
“Qualify sales leads”
“Summarize customer calls”
“Draft weekly reports”
The result: agents that do the busywork while your team focuses on growth.
